Pricing questions
How am I billed?+
Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify's native app billing (on your Shopify invoice). Pay monthly, or annually for two months free. You can change or cancel your plan in-app at any time.
What are the order caps?+
Free includes 120 orders / mo (hard stop). Starter includes 600, Growth 3,000 and Scale 12,000 orders / mo, each with optional pay-as-you-go beyond that. Enterprise is uncapped.
What is never gated by plan?+
Disputes are included on every plan, including Free.
Where do action rules live?+
Action rules and the review queue are on Scale and Enterprise. Growth adds full segmentation and CSV export; Free and Starter use the basic dashboard.
