Pricing questions
How am I billed?+
Shopify merchants are billed through Shopify's native app billing (on your Shopify invoice), monthly. You can change or cancel your plan at any time — no annual lock-in.
What are the order caps?+
Free 120 / mo, Starter 1,000 / mo, Growth 5,000 / mo, Scale 20,000 / mo. Enterprise is uncapped. Caps apply to monthly order volume for the store.
What is never gated by plan?+
Dispute flow, audit logging, and score explainability ship on every tier — including Free. They are required for customer fairness and compliance, not upsells.
Where do action rules live?+
Action rules and the review queue are on Scale and Enterprise. Growth adds full segmentation and CSV export; Free and Starter use the basic dashboard.
