Why was I flagged?
What Flokte is
Flokte is a tool that stores use to spot return abuse — for example, a pattern of returning worn items or returns outside the store's stated policy. It looks only at the order and return history you have with that specific store (your guest and account checkouts there may be looked at together, matched by email). It is not a credit score, it is not shared as a blocklist between stores, and it does not use social media or other outside data.
What a flag can and can't do
- • A store may add an internal tag to your orders, decide to manually review your returns, or restrict returns on future orders.
- • A store cannot permanently deny you based only on an automated score. A person reviews restriction decisions, and you can ask for that review.
- • You are entitled to a plain-language reason — not just a number.
Dispute a restriction
If you think a restriction is wrong, you can contest it. Here is the process:
- 1Submit a dispute using the form the store links to (or the contact route below). Tell us which store and what happened.
- 2Your dispute goes into a review queue. A person investigates the specific returns and factors behind the flag.
- 3You get a written resolution. If the flag was based on inaccurate information, it is corrected.
- 4If corrected, any store that received the inaccurate flag is notified of the correction.
Check your status & dispute
Enter your store and account email to see whether a restriction is active, the reason given, and to contest it. A person reviews every dispute.
